I went to Aspen Dental because my previous dentist no longer takes my insurance. I went in for a free exam and xrays, everyone was very friendly. It was very busy but they still took the time to go over all of my questions. I was told that I have periodontal disease. I was a little weary at first because I had never heard about this before, I asked them why my old dentist never told me this. They explained to me that even though 90% of people have this disease, only 25% of doctors are checking your gums for it. They were able to help me get financing so that I could afford to get the treatment. I would recommend anyone to go to Aspen because they could save your teeth, even your life... and if they can't, at least they make dentures!

I had gone to my oral surgeon to see about pain in one of my front teeth, he said I just needed to replace a filling. (he does not do this). So I went to Aspen Dental and they told me that I had periodontal disease and I need a root canal with 2 crowns and 3 periodonal cleanings at a cost of $4217.00!! If I use their discount plan it would only be $2217.00!! I just wanted to replace my filling!!!Stay away from these people and or offices...they just want to scam you...Do let them con you. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION-I DID AND I DID NOT NEED THE ABOVE WORK. My Filling was replace and everything ok.

I arrived for a 9am appointment at 8:50am, because I had an appointment card for 9am. I was told the appointment was at 1PM, I came back at 1PM and was told they didn't have an opening for hygiene until 2:15PM. When I was leaving a gentleman was questioning why he was called to come in today, when his appointment is tomorrow? They triple book every appointment so you'll always have to wait and they have constant staff turnover.

You should think twice about using them. I definitely will not anymore.

I went to Aspen Dental Because I had purchased a dental discount program on line and they were the closest dentist to my house that was covered. I was seeing them due to a tooth ache that I had see my previous dentist for. I was told by both dentists that I needed a root canal. When I went to Aspen dental they took full mouth x-rays and told me that I need to have two of my porcelain fillings replaced which I found odd seeing as how I have only had them for 3 years when I questioned him about it he told me that the dentist that did it, did them wrong. I find it very hard to believe that a 3 year old filling ha to be replaced so I called my previous dentist and at no charge wants to see me to check his work and that feeling that I got was right there is no problem with my fillings. Also while I was there they told me the tooth below the one I needed a root canal in also needed one. but the tooth was not causing me any pain and when they took their tool and tapped that tooth and gave me a look and ask me if it hurt. It didn't but they kept hitting the teeth around it asking me if this one hurt.so I came to the conclusion that they were going to keep tapping my teeth untill they found one that hurt! it is that or they don't know how to read x-rays.I would not recomend them at all they are scam artists trying to make money off of people who don't know better to get a second opinion.
